LIMITED WARRANTIES & REFUND POLICY
For our eBikes:
eBikes purchased from E Bike Cyclery have a one year limited manufacturer's warranty. Unlike the competition, warranty coverage through E Bike Cyclery typically includes adjustments, parts, and labor*. We do our best to have spare parts on hand to expedite any repairs. This limited warranty does NOT apply to normal wear and tear, failure to perform maintenance, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, or misuse. ANY alteration or modification by customer to electrical systems voids warranty coverage.
*Ebikes listed as "Closeout" are heavily discounted and NOT covered under any E Bike Cyclery warranty. Closeout ebikes are limited to the manufacturers warranty. Please refer to each manufactures warranty for details on coverage.
For our Onewheels:
OneWheels have a one year limited warranty. Onewheel accessories, such as footpads and battery packs have a warranty of six months. This does NOT include damage caused by modification, removed barcode or serial number, water damage, dismantled by unauthorized third party, damage caused by natural events, and damage caused by other issues.
There are NO REFUNDS on eBikes, Onewheel Boards, Scooters, Batteries, Chargers, and Electrical Components. Accessories may be returned within 14 days with receipt. Please speak with store manager for certain exceptions. Unlike buying an ebike online or from a bike shop that doesn't specialize in ebikes, our customers are very satisfied with their ebikes. This is due to our experienced sales team who dedicate the time and do their best to fit you on the right size ebike with the most comfortable components, like saddles and adjustable stems, to make sure that you ride off with the perfect ebike. In the very rare event that things don't work out, please speak with store manager.
Website Listed Prices
Listed prices are the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for an ebike that is unassembled in a box. There is an additional charge of $100-$200 per ebike for professional assembly, ebike fitment service, and in-house warranty. This includes professionally assembling your ebike, installing standard components, adjusting hydraulic disk brakes and rotors, derailleur adjustment, testing the electronics (battery, cables, connectors, lights, controller, and display), updating firmware if needed, lubrication of drivetrain, checking spoke tensions, inflating ties to the correct tire pressure, performing a complete safety check and test ride, and recycling all boxes and shipping material. Our fitment service includes component and suspension adjustments to make sure that your ebike is safe and comfortable for your size, weight, and riding style. And, unlike buying an ebike online, if something ever goes wrong with your ebike purchased from E Bike Cyclery, we will be here to personally help you out.
